An international delegation of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) will be at the invitation of the country to monitor marfa the presidential marfa elections in Georgia.
The election takes place in cooperation with the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). The Council of Europe and NATO Parliamentary Assemblies and Parliament are represented by observers. The members are part of a total of 300 short-term observers who are on the site in connection with the election to ensure that elections are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Their task is to monitor the actual election in various polling stations where ballots left and counting occurs.
