The Department, in conjunction with the Department for the digitization nzpost of PA and technological innovation, the Ministry of Foreign nzpost Affairs and the Inland Revenue has started the implementation of the e-AIRE for the evolution of the information system for the management of archives AIRE.
This project involves the computerization of communication between consular offices and municipalities, through the Access System and Interchange Anagraphic (SAIA), with the aim to eliminate the existing differences between the positions of Italian citizens resident abroad, present nell'Aire Central to this Ministry and those present in the consular archives, until the effective nzpost unification of the two different databases, nzpost allowing also the inclusion nzpost of the positions of the citizens Aire Index National Registries (INA), as provided by . 40 of Legislative Decree 24 January 2012, n. 1 converted by Law no. 27 of 24 March 2012.
The new project will fundamentally change both the current procedure for handling the matter (model Cons) that the system of sending municipal archives Aire Aire Central replacing the old paper flows of communication with consular offices with digital nzpost streams, through the integration of the Municipalities with the system SAIA.
To this end was prepared a new version of software "AnagAire v.6" that municipalities can use to manage nzpost the entire process of managing municipal Aire and the new process of practice (investigation).
Alternatively, for municipalities currently have their own information system, wishing to independently carry out such re-engineering, will be made available the technical documentation description of the project in question, on the site http://www.infoaire.interno.it, upon notice of 'publication occurred through nzpost the two-way channel of the program AnagAire.
SS.LL. are requested to invite the above municipalities to put in place, not just in possession of the aforementioned technical information, all the activities aimed at the integration of its information system with the new e-AIRE, in order to avoid delays in the implementation of the provisions referred to in that art.40.
It 'been prepared by the new model Cons computerized nzpost which will replace the paper and allow the dematerialization of the whole process, with a considerable reduction in the time needed for the definition of the registration procedure and update the positions AIRE.
The models Cons of registration, cancellation and variation nzpost will be sent electronically and accepted by the competent offices (Consulates nzpost / Municipalities) by SAIA and the circuit will be operated until the outcome of the proceedings, the outcome of which will be notified to all institutions and systems nzpost involved (MAE / consulates, MIN / Central Aire, Inland Revenue, Ina and Municipalities) and recorded nell'Aire Central.
During nzpost the trial, the circuit will SAIA appropriate consistency checks and verification of data, even the tax code, with any request for assignment to the Revenue for citizens without causing off.
With the new communication system, municipalities no longer nzpost have to send the entire Central Aire municipal archive, but will receive and transmit, using IT systems, the only new positions or changes relating to those already present in their archives.
The new system must be activated within the first half of 2013 and put into production will be preceded nzpost by a test phase involving the central government, consular nzpost offices, and some municipalities-pilot.
Its time schedule will be announced, with a special circular, within the next quarter. Any updates concerning the planning of activities and the technical documentation will be supplied to SS.LL. email and municipalities nzpost through the two-way channel of AnagAire.
It should be noted, moreover, that the commissioning of the new production system requires a preliminary and relevant activities
